How it started
At Liwoto we connect Digital Nomads and Remote workers to Small and Individual Coliving - Coworking spaces around the world. Our goal is for you to find boutique Coliving spaces that offer similar experiences, share the same values and work from a passion for Coliving.
Liwoto Coliving spaces are focussed on community, a good work environment and a comfortable place to call home, anywhere in the world.

Meet Liwoto
We are Magda from SunDesk in Morocco, Anne from Nine Coliving in Tenerife and Jon from Sun and Co and Edo from Sende in Spain. We are four founders of Coliving - Coworking spaces with a great passion for anything related to Coliving.
In the last few years we have seen the Coliving movement grow and change, which is amazing to see, but also brings it challenges. The term Coliving is expanding and we feel that it has become harder to ( select a coliving which fits your needs ) truly understand what a Coliving is and how to find the right space for you.
At the same time, more and more people have started to work remotely so our goal is to make sure that everyone understands their options in this fast growing world.

A Liwoto Coliving space is designed for those who are looking for a place to call home, for however long they decide to stay. It is a small and individual Coliving space, run from the passion to provide guests with the best experience possible. It offers a comfortable living and professional work environment. It focuses on community and on connections between colivers, the surroundings and its local community. But most of all, it offers a space for you to work, grow, explore and live your best life!
By forming a network of Coliving spaces with the same passion and values, we have created an amazing space of experience, knowledge and variety. Together we are stronger and more capable of showing you what Coliving should really be about.

In a world where we spend more time behind screens than we are meeting people face to face, in a world where the cost of living grows and grows and in a world where more and more people feel isolated and depressed, we have found that living in a Coliving space can make the difference. But, you have to pick the right space for you. All Liwoto Coliving spaces focus on the needs of every individual guest and work to create a healthy community where everyone feels that they belong. By only selecting Colivings that are relatively small we can guarantee that you will be seen and that your needs are met.
